Terry P. Roberts, Esq., is a Florida appellate attorney who grew up in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area, attended the University of South Florida for his Bachelor of Arts degree (1997), and attended the Florida State University College of Law from 1998-2001. While there, he clerked with private attorneys, administrative agencies, and, most notably, the Supreme Court of Florida.

Mr. Roberts graduated from the FSU College of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001. He spent the first four years of his legal career in workers' compensation and insurance law, handling appellate and litigation matters. In 2005, he was named as an Assistant Attorney General under now-Governor Charlie Crist. For nearly three years, he handled solely criminal appellate and post conviction matters, appellate bonds, juvenile appeals, petitions for writs of certiorari, and state and federal habeas corpus cases. He routinely handled high-level felony cases involving murders, violent crimes, and high-level drug-related and sex crimes. In July 2008, Mr. Roberts opened his own firm to handle appellate matters all over the State of Florida.

Mr. Roberts has handled nearly 200 appeals.
